All our estimates are subject to the following conditions:
Estimates are subject to sight of final copy and images.
All text & data must be checked & approved by authorised staff within your organisation before supply to us.
Our estimates include one set of amendments — subsequent changes will be charged for.
Any additional work carried out at the customer's request, whether experimentally or otherwise, will be charged for.
Content should be supplied in digital format — scanning of images or manual inputting of text and data will be charged.
We accept no responsibility the work of third party suppliers who have not been appointed by ourselves.
Design estimates are valid for 60 days.
Estimates that we have sourced from 3rd party suppliers are subject to change without notice.
Prices are exclusive of UK VAT, which will be added as required, in accordance with current regulations.
A surplus is usually printed; however, order quantities are estimates. Due to the nature of the printing process you may receive +/- 10% the quantity ordered which is an industry acceptable standard. If you have a very specific requirement for a minimum quantity, please allow for this in your order.
Quoted print turnaround times start when we receive written notification that final proofs are approved for print. (not from when the order is first submitted). Turnaround times vary and are not guaranteed.
